Let’s talk

From requirements to operational rollout.

Project management connects business decisions with verifiable technical work. We organize six workstreams with outcomes and readiness criteria; their depth and deliverables are agreed according to scope and the participating teams.

Discovery and scope

Understand the problem and establish what to address first, using process data and known constraints.

Stage output

Initial scope, prioritized requirements and baseline metrics. We identify dependencies, open decisions and items outside the first phase.

Readiness criteria

The responsible team validates objectives, priorities, assumptions and criteria for measuring the outcome.

Functional design

Describe how the solution should work for customers and internal teams, including exceptions.

Stage output

Flows, business rules, inputs and outputs, states and acceptance criteria. We document approvals, rejections, corrections and manual review.

Readiness criteria

Business and operations review the scenarios. Compliance validates criteria relevant to the product or process.

Integration design

Define which systems exchange information and how the data flow remains consistent.

Stage output

An interface and data map, authentication, notifications, duplicate controls and error handling. We identify environments, access and technical dependencies.

Readiness criteria

Technical owners confirm documentation, capabilities and constraints; open decisions have assigned owners.

Providers and responsibilities

Align what each participant provides with the requirements and expected deliverables.

Stage output

A responsibility matrix, deliverables, contacts and dependencies. We compare capabilities and clarify what each component includes and who validates it.

Readiness criteria

Each team confirms scope, delivery dates, prerequisites and incident handling arrangements.

Delivery and testing

Keep progress verifiable and confirm that the components work together.

Stage output

The delivery plan, risk and change logs, issue tracking, integration and acceptance tests. We consolidate results and open items.

Readiness criteria

Evidence covers the expected flow and agreed error scenarios. Owners accept results or assign corrections.

Production rollout

Prepare the solution for real use and for monitoring its operational behavior.

Stage output

A rollout plan, configuration, access, support owners and failure response. We agree on metrics, initial monitoring and handling of open items.

Readiness criteria

Teams confirm technical and operational readiness, release criteria and recovery actions before authorizing rollout.

Clear scope for every team.

Deliverables are agreed within scope. BE IN leads definition and project management; each team implements and validates its assigned components.

Your team

Approves priorities, scope and acceptance criteria. Assigns business, technology, compliance and operational owners.

BE IN

Maintains the integrated plan, records decisions and changes and coordinates dependencies, testing and operational readiness.

Providers and specialists

Deliver components, documentation and test evidence; handle incidents and support as agreed.

Decisions that matter

What information is needed for discovery?

The objective, current process, systems involved and examples of operations or tasks. Where available, we add volumes, timings and errors. This helps identify dependencies and define an initial scope grounded in the operation.

What is documented during the project?

Depending on scope: requirements, flows and rules, an integration map, responsibility matrix, delivery plan, risk and change logs, and test evidence. Deliverables are agreed before each stage begins.

How are scope changes controlled?

We record the request and its impact on integrations, effort, timing and operations. The project owner approves the decision; the plan, requirements and affected tests are then updated.
