Let’s talk

Automation with rules, integration and control.

We start with the process and a baseline of its performance: volume, time, errors and exceptions. We then define what to solve with RPA, APIs or artificial intelligence and how to verify the result in operation.

Robotic process automation · RPA

Robotic process automation (RPA) for repetitive application tasks: data entry, reconciliation, record updates and reporting.

Ask about this service
Technical decisions
Rule and interface stability, frequency, volume, access and exceptions. We assess whether to automate through the user interface or an available integration.
Our work
Process documentation, execution rules, error handling and test criteria. We coordinate development, validation runs and the transition to the operational team.
What we validate
Normal cases, incomplete data, interruptions and recovery. We compare time per case, completed runs and manual intervention frequency against the baseline.

Applied AI and assistants

Use cases for extracting document data, classifying requests and building assistants that consult authorized information.

Ask about this service
Technical decisions
Data quality and availability, permitted sources, access and the impact of an incorrect answer. We define when a result needs human review.
Our work
The use case, evaluation examples and connections to process systems. We coordinate quality tests, review rules and handling of insufficient responses.
What we validate
Results against representative examples, material errors and responses without sufficient support. Acceptance thresholds and escalation to the responsible team are agreed.

Software development and integration

Development and integration of components to exchange data across applications, back-office systems and external platforms.

Ask about this service
Technical decisions
Available interfaces, authentication, data structures, frequency and events. We review technical limits, permissions and which system owns each data item.
Our work
Integration specifications, field mapping and rules for notifications, retries and errors. We coordinate technical deliverables, testing and environment configuration.
What we validate
Data consistency, duplicate controls, failure responses and operation records. Tests cover the complete flow and agreed recovery scenarios.

Clear scope for every team.

Deliverables are agreed within scope. BE IN leads definition and project management; each team implements and validates its assigned components.

Your team

Provides the real process, examples and baseline metrics; validates rules, exceptions and acceptance results.

BE IN

Defines opportunities and scope, documents the flow and coordinates design, delivery, testing and rollout.

Providers and specialists

Implement components and provide platforms, access and support within the agreed scope.

Decisions that matter

When should we use an API, RPA or AI?

An API exchanges data through a system interface. RPA performs tasks in applications, which is useful when a suitable integration is unavailable. AI can support work involving documents or language. The choice follows the process and can combine all three.

Which processes should be assessed first?

Frequent tasks with identifiable inputs and a verifiable outcome: recording information, reconciliation, preparing reports or classifying requests. We assess volume, effort, data quality and exceptions before setting priorities.

How is the value of automation measured?

An agreed baseline is compared with the result: time per case, errors, manual interventions and completed runs. AI use cases also assess output quality and cases needing human validation. Targets are set using process data.
